Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled session.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once at no additional charge.
Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior to your session are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling is permitted once with at least 24 hours notice. Additional rescheduling requests will be treated as a cancellation.
No-shows and no-contact appointments are non-refundable and forfeit the session fee.

Animal communication sessions are complementary to, not a replacement for, veterinary care or training. Sessions are intended for spiritual insight and personal reflection.
